Functional but slow

Chat feature is very slow. Id like to be able to see when the last time someone was logged in or the last message they saw. Once there is a reply, all the "seen" information is lost. Also, chat is way to slow loading old messages. Also no way to notify users who are "pending" on mobile to respond to an event which is a feature on the desktop.
